For one night 350usd. If you stay for 26+ nights it goes down to $250 per night (paid in advance).
However, at this rate:-
The electricity is prepaid for those staying longer client will have to top up the token. Short term will be taken care by the Landlord.
- The DSTV connection/package is available.
- The House Keeping service is not provided on Sundays or Public holidays.
- Toiletries, bulbs, cleaning solutions etc. provided by the Landlord but only to single person, once it comes to more than a one person client will have to agree with the house keeping person.
- If you require any extension, we need to know 2 days prior to vacation date/day and it will be subject to availability.
Long Terms Stays
For a minimum of 1 months @ $3,100 per month.
