3. Extension of Stay: Must notify at least 1 months in advance.
4. Payment Terms:
   • Full payment upfront for not less than three months plus a one months security deposit  then rent will be paid every two months basis.
5. Legal Requirements:
   • Lease agreements follow Tanzanian tenancy law.
   • Passport copy and next of kin contact required.
6. Check-in:
   • Inventory provided at check-in will be written and signed
   • Tenant responsible for any lost/damaged items at check-out will pay or money to be deducted from the security deposit.
