Distance from Arusha City Center is only 7km, from Himo Moshi road to the house approximate 2meters. and From Arusha Airport 25km.

$100 Per Villa Per Night for Up to 2 Pax Sharing  for  a minimum  of 7days)

If you stay for 30days  it goes down to 40% discount and it have to be paid in advance.

Some one staying for 15days will get 20% discount.

However, at this rate:-

1. DSTV connection  is available  and included on the price.
2. The House Keeping service is not provided on Sundays or Public holidays unless on request  and this is charged separately.
3. Toiletries, bulbs, cleaning solutions are  provided by the landlord on negotiation.
4. If you require any extension please give notice of one  weeks prior to vacation date.

Long Terms Stays

For those staying for a minimum of  3 months you will be required to pay  a deposit of one months and One months rent in advance.

Security deposit is refundable at the end of the stay period after inspection of the house. The tenant will be require to sign a contract.

Under Signed Contract
