Extension of Stay

For short-term stays, tenants wishing to extend their stay are kindly requested to provide at least two weeks’ notice before the agreed departure date.

For long-term tenants, one month’s notice should be provided before the end of the agreed lease period if an extension is required.

Lease Agreement & Identification

A lease agreement will be signed for both short-term and long-term stays in accordance with applicable Tanzanian laws and regulations.

Tenants will be required to provide a NIDA ID or another approved form of national identification.
