These Villa’s can only be found on a good climate area in Arusha Moshono. The compound is clean and quiet with very clear view of Mt. Meru which is perfectly situated within a walking distance from Moshono Club D, 20 minutes from Moshi Nairobi road and 15 minutes drive from Arusha City center.
Distance from Arusha City Center is only 7kms, from Nairobi Road to the house is approximately 4km. and From Arusha Airport 16km.

Normal Rates – Non Residents & residents .
$50 Per Villa per person and Per Night, $100 up to 2 Pax Sharing (Only for short term)
If you stay for 30 days, the rate goes down by 50% discount and is paid in advance.
Someone staying for 15 days will get 25% discount.
However, with this rate:-
- The DSTV connection/package would be your choice and charge though connection is available, but this is for he tenant who staying long term.
- The House Keeping service is not provided on Sundays or Public holidays unless by bookings and this is charged separately. Cleaning is done one day a week. For long term stay, more than a week, tenant will be required to pay extra charge.
- Toiletries, bulbs, cleaning solutions etc. are provided by the landlord on negotiation.
- If you want to extend your stay, we need to know 2 weeks prior to vacation date.
Long Terms Stays
For a minimum of 3 months, 50 % will be applied. Monthly rent will be 600$ for the two bedrooms and 550$ for one bedroom. Power is included in the price
Lease agreement will need to be signed.
