Distance from Arusha City Center is only 7km, from Nairobi road to the house approximate 8km. and From Arusha Airport 16km.

160$ Per Villa per person and  Per Night for Up to 2 Pax Sharing( Only for the short term)

If you stay for 30days  it goes down to 50% discount and it have  (paid in advance).

Some one staying for 15days will get 25% discount.

However, at this rate:-

Power included on the price

1. The DSTV connection/package would be your choice and charge though connection is available  but this is for he tenant who staying long term.
2. The House Keeping service is not provided on Sundays or Public holidays unless by bookings and this is charged separately. Available one day a week, more than a week  tenant need to pay extra charge.
3. Toiletries, bulbs, cleaning solutions etc. provided by the landlord on negotiation.
4. If you require any extension, we need to know 2 weeks prior to vacation date.

Long Terms Stays

For a minimum of 3 months 50 % will be applied.
